What can you expect when working with me.

Phone Consultation:

This is our first interaction when we make sure we both feel I am the right person that can facilitate the most effective healing and growth experience for you. Once we have decided to start, we will book the first session and send you the assessment and agreement forms.

First Session:

I will ask you about your primary reasons for coming, your hopes,your worries, and any important information you think I should know. We will start to identify goals and specific areas you would like to address.

Of course you do not need to share anything you do not feel comfortable with until you feel it is the right time for you. We will go at your pace and with your permission.

Second Session and Beyond:

At the second session and moving forward, we slow things down with a grounding exercise and you will be asked for your intention for today’s session. In order to create shifts to the “stuck points”, I will help you to explore with curiosity the underpinnings of your thoughts, behaviors and patterns you tend to engage in. I will mirror back what I have heard and noticed with direct-focused insights so you move into more clarity.

This is not just talking therapy. We will be also focusing on your somatic experience, where in your body you hold your feelings and you will be able to experience the permanent shifts after you integrate some of the emotions you have carried for so long and which could have turned into anxiety, trouble sleeping and concentrating, irritability, angry outbursts, or overwhelming guilt or shame.

Sometimes I may gently challenge you, but we are not going to do anything you don’t feel you are ready to do. You will be in charge of the pace of our sessions.

I generally book my clients on weekly basis as I believe that healing happens within the consistency of the caring, and the trusting relationship we develop.
